This Privacy Policy describes how NextEra Academy ("we", "us") collects, processes and protects your personal data when you use safetypass.gr and related SafetyPass services.

• Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing orders, dispatching the SafetyPass smart card, and granting access to the training.safetypass.gr platform.

• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): meeting tax and accounting requirements under Greek law.

• Order data: 10 years (statutory tax obligation under Greek law).
• Contact form data: 2 years from submission date.
• Technical data (cookies): until end of session or browser close.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may transfer data to:

• Hosting provider (Hostinger) for site operation.
