This Privacy Policy describes how NextEra Academy ("we", "us") collects, processes and protects your personal data when you use safetypass.gr and related SafetyPass services.

- Order: full name, company name, VAT number, tax office, address, email, phone number.
- Contact form: full name, company, email, phone, message content.

- Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing orders, dispatching the SafetyPass smart card, and granting access to the training.safetypass.gr platform.

- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): meeting tax and accounting requirements under Greek law.
4. Retention Periods
- Order data: 10 years (statutory tax obligation under Greek law).
- Contact form data: 2 years from submission date.
- Technical data (cookies): until end of session or browser close.
5. Recipients of Data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may transfer data to:
- Hosting provider (Hostinger) for site operation.
- Email service for sending order confirmations.
- Competent authorities when required by law.
