By using safetypass.gr and placing an order you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the site.

1. Service Description

The website safetypass.gr, owned and operated by NextEra Academy (Alekou Panagoulis 46A, 142 31 Nea Ionia, Greece), provides:

• Information about SafetyPass training programmes (Workforce, Construction, Energy).
• Online purchase of SafetyPass certificates and physical smart cards.
• Access to the training.safetypass.gr platform for digital certification verification.

2. Orders

No account is required to place an order. By submitting an order:

• You confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
• You accept that the order is not completed until receipt of your bank transfer is confirmed.
• You undertake to pay in accordance with the details shown in the confirmation email.

3. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer only to the account shown in the order confirmation email. Quote your order reference number as the payment description. Your order is activated after we verify receipt of the transfer.

4. Delivery

• Physical smart card: dispatched by post to the address you provided within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation.
• Digital access (training.safetypass.gr): sent by email within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order within 14 days of submission, provided the digital access credentials have not yet been activated (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

Once digital access is activated, no refund is available for the digital element of the service. For a physical card that has not yet been dispatched, contact us at contact@safetypass.gr.

6. Training Content and Liability

SafetyPass programmes address requirements of Greek health and safety at work legislation. However:

• Completing a training programme does not relieve the employer of their statutory obligations under Greek Law 3850/2010.
• We accept no liability for accidents resulting from acts or omissions by certificate holders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, training materials, logos) is the intellectual property of NextEra Academy or third-party licensors (including ELINYAE). Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextEra Academy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use or inability to use the site or service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, without prejudice to consumer rights under EU law.

For out-of-court dispute resolution, you may contact the European Consumer Centre Greece (eccgreece.gr) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this page.
